TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Connfidentiality
We respect the boundaries of confidentiality and do not disclose information to a 3rd party unless legally bound to do so; for example in the case of child protection or unlawful acts. We keep all personal information securely and ensure that we are bound by the Data Protection Act of….. and follow the code of ethics of the British Psychological Society. 
We will only pass on information to a 3rd party (usually as a report) when requested to do so and will enlist the agreement of the client to do this. If specific information is not to be disclosed in the report the client must make this clear before the report is written.

Finance
If you are unable to attend for a booked appointment we need as much notice as possible to cancel or re-schedule the appointment. A flat rate of €50 is charged if you do not give us more than 24hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
If for any reason we have to re-schedule an appointment we will give you as much notice as possible. 

Complaints
We hope you will never have to complain about our services but if you have a concern please put it in writing to us at your earliest convenience.
